Querencia refers to “A place where one feels safe”. This title depicts the childhood nostalgia portrayed in this wall hanging. Querencia interweaves fairy lights and textured yarns to create a visual imagery of galaxies, constellations. The chaotic/swirling pattern represents the thoughts that a person has before falling asleep
